What is the Rumini Weight Loss Program?

How much weight can I lose?
The potential for weight loss varies for each person. To find out your potential, you need to complete a questionnaire that helps calculate your potential results.
Does the program include support beyond medication?
Yes. While medication alone can help you lose weight, it won’t help you keep it off. For this reason, the program pairs medication with coaching to help you develop long-term habits that allow you to maintain your weight loss even after you stop the therapy.
Do the prescribed medications have side effects?
All medications used in the weight loss program have undergone rigorous clinical trials to assess their long-term safety. Some people may experience mild side effects, such as an upset stomach, but they typically go away after about a week.
How long does the program last?
To achieve significant results, it’s recommended you follow the program for at least six months. However, it is structured as a monthly subscription, allowing you to proceed one month at a time.
Am I eligible for the weight loss program?
Generally, the medications are suitable for patients with a BMI over 30, or with a BMI over 27 who have certain health conditions, such as high blood pressure. To check your eligibility, you must complete the online questionnaire.
What does the weight loss program cost?
A CA $89 annual program fee is collected upfront to begin the initial assessment and includes the first assessment fee of CA $40. If a prescription is not approved, the program is cancelled and a partial refund is issued, with CA $40 retained for the completed assessment.
For ongoing care, each follow-up or renewal assessment is CA $40 per cycle.
How much do I pay for medication?
Medication costs are not included in the program or assessment fees and are billed only if a prescription is approved. Pricing varies based on the medication and dosage prescribed.
